I custom-made this home for my best friend ever in the whole world, Jen - hope you like it JULF!! :o) <3

(I tried to use only base-game and nightlife objects but I had a hard time remembering what objects were from what EP, so there may be a few things that don't belong - idk how that will affect downloading this, so I just checked off every EP that I own to be safe.)

This is a spacious family home decorated in a transitional style (a mix between traditional and contemporary) that's great for a couple with 2-3 children. It has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a kitchen with an island, a dining room, a great room, a lovely patio, and a nicely landscaped yard. I used moveObjects on/off to add dirt to some of the landscaping (I used the dirt floor tile rather than the edit terrain tool so it could be removed more easily if need be). This home is ready-to-play; it includes everything your sim needs to build skills and stay happy - if that's what you want, of course ;o)
