The Ultimate Dorm includes:
-8 dorm rooms that each have:
---twin bed
---dresser
---private powder room (toilet & sink)
---private patio
-male & female shower rooms on each floor
-a fully equipped cafeteria
-rec/entertainment room
-library/resource center
-landscaped courtyard
I call this series of dorms "ultimate" because they are my ideal; they include everything a college sim needs without being too luxurious or too sparse, the architecture is realistic, there aren't too many dorm rooms, and they're just fun to play :o) This lot is rather big, so it runs somewhat slow on my system (which is above average but not as good as it could be). All of the dorms in my Ultimate series go together design wise to create a cohesive & consistent looking college campus.
