This is a dirty old bus station that I made for my custom Downtown neighborhood. It's mostly for flavor, as there are obviously no bus routes and/or NEED for bus stations in The Sims 2, but I think it adds a nice touch to a city. It has the magazine racks, video game display, and cell phone/mp3 player/handheld machine, so it IS a functional community lot :oD
This lot looks really good in the neighborhood view if you put the "Rising Smoke" effect from the neighborhood decorations mode in the upper left hand corner of the lot (so it looks like it's coming out of the false chimney I built there). I've included a picture from the downtown neighborhood view to show you what I mean.
