Comfy Colonial - Full Furnish (No CC)

This is modeled after a *perfect* little colonial house that I saw for sale on Realtor.com that I just fell in love with. Unfortunately it's a bit out of my price range, so I decided to build it for my simmies (ah, vicariousness) based on the pictures that were available.

This is a 2 story home that has a dramatic entryway, spacious living room with a fireplace, a full sized dining room, unique kitchen, 2-3 bedrooms (there are technically 3, but I have one decorated as an office), 2.5 baths, a lovely deck, and a nicely landscaped yard.

I used moveObjects on/off to add dirt to some of the landscaping (I used the dirt floor tile rather than the edit terrain tool so it could be removed more easily if need be). This home is ready-to-play; it includes everything your sim needs to build skills and stay happy - if that's what you want, of course ;o)
