The Oak is an ickle home, only just out of the range to be a starter home, so perfect for those sims who are on their way up the ladder.

as always, about the expansion pack list . . . not sure which walls and floors come with which packs so it's likely that this house will work without most of the packs listed, not used to this uploading thingumy...
