Hello everyone

here's another family home for your sims, The Crathie



As usual, this is an actual house, made from actual floor plans - you'll find the house on the Charles Church website.

As you can see it's supposed to have a double garage, but i found it distorted the size of the house and made it look ungainly... so we've just a single garage.

There's plenty of space out back for a massive landscaping operation - my lots are always devoid of attractive gardens as i'm fairly unimaginative (and a godawful gardener...)

The Crathie has five bedrooms, two of which are en-suite, a family bathroom (and a downstairs cloakroom), a dining room, lounge, family room and a kitchen with utility area.




There a large list of extension packs, but my properties do not contain many things... unfortunately i'm not sure anymore which walls, floors etc come with which packs, so i list all the extensions i have just in case.
