Hey hey everyone and welcome to my new upload
As always, this is a Charles Church house - a real house made (by the best of my ability) from real floor plans. you can find it on their website.
It's very similar to my previous lots The Oak and The Granary, but it's cheaper again. Like the previous two, it's small and simple, perfect for those sims on their way up the ladder.
It's also perfect for a family, with an open plan kitchen-dining area, a lounge, three bedrooms, and two and a half bathroom. it also has a huge garden - perfectly suitable for a pool for those lickle sims.
