Hello and welcome to my first upload!
The Gairloch
This is an actual house, made from actual floorplans (i followed them as closely as possible). The house is a Charles Church, you can expect more uploads from me based on their houses.
The Gairloch has
Four Bedrooms
Two Bathroom and a downstairs cloakroom
Kitchen and Utility Room
Dining Room
Family Room
Lounge
Double Garage
The house costs 45,146 simoleons - so although it's a large, spacious family house, it's still affordable for those sims who've saved a bit. it's also decorated simply throughout so your sims can move straight in, then re-decorate when they get a chance.
