This is The Manse, as always a real house made from real floor plans - you can find it on the Charles Church website =)
It's a large and spacious four bedroom family home, decorated simply throughout so your sims can happily move right in.
It has a lounge, family room, dining room, kitchen, utility area and downstairs cloakroom; also four bedrooms, a family bathroom and two en-suites. The lot is a fair size, so there's plenty of space for landscaping.
