Werewolf transformation times change - don't waste an hour of moonlight

With this hack, all werewolves will now transform at 7 PM and 7 AM, which is when the game actually changes from night to day/day to night.
This will work with any game configuration as long as you own pets.
This should also work with any other werewolf-related hack out there.
