I finally made a terrain, which is great for a vacation destination or just as a neighbourhood with many seaside lots.

You can put beach lots near the sea and there is much space for them but also for houses that you want to place on the land. There is space for a little downtown.

The lots are not included, but I took some pictures of them, to give you an idea how you can populate the hood.

Hope you like it. Comments as always appreciated.

PS: I am not good at giving neighbourhoods names (At the Seaside - very creative *lol*) - but you can name it just as you like it in game.
