This beautiful new Row House just came on the market and it's perfect for the Urban Small Family. Featuring a park right across the "street", underground garage accessed from "rear" alley, and basement with natural light. Garage works but you lose in/out animation due to narrow lot size. No space between you and your neighbour so place several of different colours right beside each other for full rowhouse effect. To use this house at the end of a row, remove the fake walls on one side and the last tile of roof. Fully playtested and gardener approved.

4 packs consist of 4 different colours and park layouts- alternate them for best effect. Colours are "cornflower", "coral", "violet mist" and "mint".

"F" is furnished Lot and "UF" means Unfurnished Lot
