This is the third house of mine - the previous two both started with an 8x8 box, which is then extended, fully furnished, yet under $20,000. I decided to stick with this theme again - this is my latest creation.



Details
The entire house is on a foundation. It has three main rooms - a large living space combining the lounge, kitchen and dining area. There is also a bathroom and bedroom with a double bed. There is some basic landscaping, and the lot already has a driveway.

This lot is very suitable for any single sim or couple. All skills can be gained on the lot and any type sim can happily live here. It costs $19,913 and is on a 2x2 lot.

Although it's not easy to see in the pictures, the angle of the roof is not consistent - it is less steep from the back than it is from the front (it's most noticeable in the side view of the house)
