This is my first ever over 20k creation - I decided to go for something more modern. It's not too large or costly, so it'll still affordable for a sim family without using money cheats.

It's fully furnished and suitable for a single sim, a couple, or even parent/s and a child (it has two bedrooms). The lot has two bathrooms - one downstairs and one upstairs. There are two driveway spaces and a large balcony. All skills can be gained on the lot, and there is plenty of room for expansion
