This is a recolour of the cheerleader outfit from the base game so no EPs or SPs required (though i seems a little pointless if you don't have freetime). Basically it's just looks a lot nicer on girls than a baggy soccer kit. Yes we all love Simcity Llamas but your sims have their own teams to support now and teen girls can do it in style.
EDIT: I just found that the soccer kit isn't actually a freetime thing alone, originally it was a free download from maxis on the exchange, if you don't have freetime check this out:http://thesims2.ea.com/exchange/sim...=&languageCode=

It is a simple bodyshop/photoshop job, no meshes or other CC involved

Feel free to use this in stories or wherever. It would be nice if you didn't uploaded it elsewhere with crediting me. Edit it all you like, I'm hardly going to turn up at you house and stop you (or am I?)(nah)
