I redid this home so it is compatible with just the main expansion packs up to
and including Freetime. Very little had to be changed. You'd have to look
closely to see any difference whatsoever between this and the original post.
But now more players will be able to use this lot. Thank you.

Mixing Eastern and Western architecture can often result in a pleasing
creation. Not only does this home have enough room for a fairly large family,
but there's also space for four vehicles in the two double-car underground
garages.

Two stairs lead from the basement/garages to the first floor, then another
four stairways lead to the second floor. As you can see from the pictures,
there is a LOT of room for your Sims!

From the workbenches in the basement to the large recreation room on the
second floor, this house is lacking very little in the way of variety. Your Sims
can build toys or paint pictures, do a bit of reading in the studies or exercise
in the upstairs rec room. And SO much more.

The back yard is a cornucopia of landscaping. There are two ponds (an
arched bridge crosses one), a fountain, a small 'cascading waterfall', a
secluded shrine, a Zen garden, two rock saunas, and plants and trees in
abundance. Among the walkways, scattered here and there, are several
comfortable outdoor loveseats so your Sims can enjoy the veritable jungle at
their disposal. Also, lights placed here and there among the greenery will
illuminate the garden at night.
