I consider this much more the modern home than one visualized from an old
nursery rhyme. It may somewhat resemble a shoe, but the colors, etc. could
fit into most neighborhoods fairly well. The tennis-shoe shape could also be
used by a famous athlete. It would also make a great shoe advertisement, lol.

There are three stories, which contain a roomy livingroom, a dining room and
separate kitchen, three bedrooms (including a master bedroom on the second
floor), and plenty of bathrooms--3 full, one 3/4 and one 1/2 bath. There's also
a covered terrace on the third floor. A garage with a few workbenches
complete this modernized version of the 'old shoe'.

In the backyard one can find a three-swing swingset, a small pond, and some
nice trees. I put in plenty of landscape 'painting'. Flowers border the front
lawn walk and there's a sturdy fence around the entire 3x2 lot. The price is
$102,044 fully furnished.

The home went through several changes throughout its creation. I take feed-
back seriously and tried my best to 'correct' details that others pointed out.

I hope you enjoy this house. Just be sure to have your sims stock up on
plenty of foot powder! (kidding, lol)

Additional Credits:
Those that helped me out in order of appearance:

Christine11778, who pointed out swingsets are usually only in the back
yard (I had two swingsets originally). But special thanks for helping me
with the space at the tops and bottoms of the stairways.

deann000, for remarking that he didn't picture a tennis shoe as what
that old woman in the rhyme lived in, lol.

fakepeeps7, for mentioning he pictured way more children because of the
gist of the old rhyme.

Phaenoh, for pointing out this idea had been done before. But the other
person's shoe tried to match the old rhyme, while my intention from the
start was to modernize the home to match most any neighborhood.

smmi73 for supporting the old addage "The less custom content the
better", more or less. That's often the case--my home has no CC.

CatOfEvilGenius, who suggested making the roof and wall colors match
better. Well, I matched the darker color of the exterior with the roof.

AND whitewaterwood, who suggested removing the small roof over the
garage opening and get rid of the garage walls that stuck away from the
house a bit. Thanks again, WWW.

I appreciate all the feedback and suggestions. Thank you all very much!
