Is your sim looking for an ultramodern home with a city look, for an ultra-reasonable price?

Well, look no further than the Eco-Friendly Modern Abode!



The Eco-Friendly Modern Abode features an ultramodern architectural built, with many environmentally conscious innovations and furnishings for that ultimate green experience.

The low-maintenance plants, like cacti and palms, are very easy to take care of and will also give you a break on your water bill. The exterior also features a small pool, a sheltered patio, and an outdoor lounge. To save further funds and energy, numerous skylights as well as a solar panel were installed.



The interior is just as crisp, clean, and modern as the interior. A garage, half-bath, and living room are all combined by a grand entry way, with plenty of light coming in from the floor-to-ceiling glass windows. The kitchen and dining room are separated by a column for an open and airy feel.



Since the home was meant for either a single sim or a couple, we also included a double bed in the master bedroom, which also features its own master bathroom. The master suite is in the back of the home, and also has access to the backyard.



The final price on this modern piece is $86,900: A little more than a step-up, but still reasonable for a single sim or couple.
