Well I was in deep anticipation of the Apartment Life Expansion Pack, and when I got it the other day I was thrilled with it, it is truly awesome, I was on such a high I thought I would make this block of apartments for everyone here at MTS2, now they are not exactly cheapy, far from in fact, hence the name So I present you with 'Top Hat Apartments':
There are 3 apartments in this block, 2 are fully furnished and one is unfurnished which is the top one, I refrained from furnishing it as it was the top floor classy one so I thought you may want to move your sims in there the most which means the NPCs that move in have furniture in other apartments or you can have some of it, but beware when you sim choices a furnished apartment most things will dissapear unless you use cheats which can be found out on the buildings board

There are communal spaces on floors 1 and 2 so if your sims are feeling cramped they can head on out to a space away from home, but close enough for the parents There is also a large garden outside so you sims can have a run around and let of some steam as well as a super luxurious communal swimming pool downstairs with loungers and phones, so those butlers never stray too far away

The drive is not at the moment functional but is big enough to place an invisible drive way on top at both ends so you can have 2 cars on the drive if you sims feel compelled to drive a car, and there is even space on the roof for a helipad if your sim is super snoopy

I hope everyone enjoys this latest addition to the game and many thanks to Jwaas at NS for helping getting the apartments to be valid which they are all now (AP has a lot of building restrictions that prove rather problematic!)

You need to download this set by Tiggy to get the windows to work but the mesh is not packed so please get it from here
