Well, I think I have decided to start a series of duplexes and this one is the very first in the Mulberry Lane Duplex Collection. Both apartments are exactly the same in layout but they both have a few different color choices as well as different furniture choices. Each apartment can comfortably house a family of 3. There is also a spacious yard for each apartment to have freetime activities.
This lot is CC free!! I have however scanned it with Clean Installer to make sure it is completely clean and it is in fact completely clean!!
Each Apartment Includes:
2 Bedrooms
1 1/2 Bathrooms
Kitchen/Dining Room
Living room
I used Numenor's Any Game Starter to create this awesome lot. So, indeed this lot only requires Apartment Life to work. A link will be provided to the Any Game Starter in the additional credits section.
Please, whatever you do, please do not put a gate into the fences. Read this tutorial for more information on this request. Also, read that same tutorial on how to rent an apartment that is furnished.
