This small starter is completely unfurnished and also comes with a basement. The basement is currently one big room so you can do with it what you like. There is also room on the right side of the lot for a driveway and garage if you would like to put one it. There is also room to expand as you wish as well. The lot includes:

-1 bedroom (room for a few more in basement)
-Kitchen/Dining/Living room
-1 Bathroom (room for 1 in basement)
-Front Deck
