Well, here is number 3 in my Mulberry Duplex Collection. Both apartments are exactly the same in layout but have different furniture and color choices. Each apartment can comfortably house a family of 4.

This Duplex is also CC and hack free!!

The front roofing looks a little different due to not being able to get an angled piece of roof over the doors. I tried with no luck so I changed it a little bit so that it looks a little better than nothing there at all.

Each Apartment Includes:
3 Bedrooms
1 Full Bathroom
2 1/2 Bahtrooms
Kitchen
Dining Room
Living room

I used Numenor's Any Game Starter to create this awesome lot. So, indeed this lot only requires Apartment Life to work. A link will be provided to the Any Game Starter in the additional credits section.
