Beach Cottage (furnished and unfurnished)

Well, it's been a while but I'm back with another house. This is my second small vacation home. The lot has 2 versions (both scanned through Clean Installer): furnished and unfurnished, and also has minimal CC. There is a collage of pictures of the furnished version. Not only is it furnished it has the landscaping that was not present in the unfurnished version. This house includes:

-3 bedrooms
-3 bathrooms
-Kitchen
-Dining Room
-Foyer
-Living room
-Front and back decks

I left out a couple of things that were in the floor plan to keep it under 20K. In the living room there is suppose to be a fireplace. I set up a space for it whenever you feel like putting it in. Also leaving it unfurnished helped me accomplish my goal of making my first starter home.

I did change one thing that I didn't like from the original picture. As you can see below the original picture has a white looking roof. I didn't like the way it looked so I changed it to what it is now which I think looks much better. Please let me know if you liked the change!

This lot was not made on a beach lot or in any of the vacation spots. It was created in a custom neighborhood so you can place it in any type of neighborhood. However, I did use some objects from Bon Voyage so you will need that in order for the lot to show up properly.
