This is a small starter cottage that your sims will absolutely love. This lot is of my own design and contains no custom content. It is also unfurnished so you can decorate to your tastes. The lot has plenty of room to expand to fit your sims lifestyle. This lot includes:

-Living room
-Dining room
-Kitchen
-Bedroom
-2 bathrooms
