AL-only Haunted Farmhouse Boarders Wanted

This country farmhouse was designed to fit a 'halloween/haunted' theme. Since Sims2 deleted ghosts when packaging lots, you will have to provide your own if you want the haunted features.

The house features an assortment of amusements and skill builders for the new sim household. Outside are a fishable pond (if you have Seasons), playground equipment and a hot tub. At only $451-$527, it is affordable and lets your sim save money for their first home or their retirement nestegg. It has been playtested by the Oldies, who found it charming, if a bit cramped.

Each room shares no walls with other boarders, so your nights should be restful. You will want a refrigerator upstairs. Although you can use the one in the kitchen, food is deducted from your apartment fridge. You will also want a sink, shower and toilet. The other counters and microwave, etc are not necessary and do not need to be kept as you can use the equipment downstairs.

If you want to change items in the common area, do so before you move sims in. I do this to add items like garden plots from Seasons or pet stuff from Pets. You can set the lot to residential by opening the command console (ctrl-shift-C) and typing
changelotzoning residential

Exit to neighborhood, return to lot. Make your changes, then set the lot back to apartments with "changelotzoning apartmentbase".

If you want to rent the room furnished, use the command console with
boolprop testingcheatsenabled true
Then shift-click on the apartment door to get the rent furnished option. This may take several tries.
Reset the testcheats by changing true to false. Warning: when you move out of the apartment, you will be reimbursed for all the extra furniture that you didn't pay for initially.
