Welcome to Bella Donna Circle, a nice cul-de-sac for small families!



This is my first in the series of cul-de-sac areas. I wanted to attempt to get as close as possible to the feel of The Sims 3 with the whole open neighborhood thing. The neat thing about this area is that any children/teens get off the bus at the same time and walk down the "street" to their houses. Sims walk in and out going to work or the pool or the community. It feels like a regular neighborhood on one lot!

Now if little Susie wants to play with her neighbor across the street, she doesn't have to call her over, she can walk across the "street" and play with them!

There are five houses fully furnished with 2 bedrooms except for the back house which has 1 large studio bedroom. Only the two front houses have fully functional garages, all of the other garages are for looks only. You can use the "move_objects on" cheat to place a car in the other garages, but I wouldn't recommend trying to use the vehicles as they won't return. So only put the Sims who you want driving in the front two houses and you can place other sim families in the remaining houses if you don't mind them walking everywhere.

Rent for the houses range from $3,100 - $4,899
