Half walls were preventing sims from entering their homes.

My bad. I have fixed this by replacing the half walls in the entry ways with regular fences and they are working fine. You will want to grab the FIXED file. However, for those who may still want the half walls and maybe have a better solution, the original file is still available for download.

Bay View Court has 4 rental units for your Sims to choose from. All are equipped with kitchen and bathroom furnishings. Other furnishings will be up to your Sim’s choice (just like in the real world. On this lot there is also a grocery store, so if your Sims run out of groceries , they won’t need to travel far. Children will enjoy a full playground for plenty of fresh air and exercise.
Generous parking in the back corner of the lot between the Library and playground.
