Bougain Villa 4 & 5 - The Semis

Apartment Life inspired me to build some lots again.

This is part of my Bougain Villa Series from a while back (here, here and here )

This is a lot with 2 attached houses (Semis) that acts as apartments. Both are fully furnished with MAXIS content in two themes: Green and White. No CC used.

The Green Theme house has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, open plan kitchen-dining-livingroom-study and a little back garden.



The White Theme house has 1 bedroom, bathroom, a hobby room (can be converted into a bedroom), open plan kitchen-dining-livingroom and little back garden.



The common area hosts a pool, bar, BBQ grill, outside eating and a playground.

Rent is §2 177 -> §2 300.
