Bougain Villa 3 - Third in series by Atgnat

This the third house in my series called Bougain Villas.
This collection is inspired by the plot-and-plan homes being built in my home city. Only recently did I discover the excellent tutorials on architecture, so I have applied some of the techniques here.

This house is Bougain Villa 1 on a 2x2 lot. It costs $19 687 and is partially furnished by maxis created content. It is perfect for new couples, Sims just starting out, or fresh out of college. You need Nightlife to play this lot. (Uni is optional). Will probably work with OFB, but I don't have it yet, so let me know if there are any issues.
You can remove the furniture in free design mode before you move in a sim family to make the lot cheaper.
This home is totally hack free, as I created it on my husband's computer.

Ground floor:
Open plan kitchen-living-dining room, which opens onto a back stoep.
Master bedroom is a double volume room, with en suite bathroom. Second/guest bedroom with guest bathroom.
Parking bay covered by wooden dome. The front of house has some flower boxes.

Long days and pleasant nights.
