Every neighborhood has a place like 28th Street, the kind of place that when you say you're going there everyone knows what you're talking about.
This new addition to the Urban Series includes a corner market, a rather tony Italian restaurant, a clothing shop, a cafe and a public park.
Double Deluxe compatible so requires Nightlife EP and Celebration SP. I've tried to keep custom content to a minimum. Included in the lot file is a sign for the market and a dumpster recolor. Thanks to
