Users of my milk bottle might recognise this lot - this was originally my test lot for the milk bottle which I used for the screen shots of the bottle - and it is a BOX. However, due to being a testing lot I found that it played really well and so took it to the Creator Feedback Forum for advice.

Here is the result - City Box Apartments, 4 apartments for singles or couples in an upcoming part of town...



....with a fantastic roof garden with views across the town on one side and the open countryside on the other. In addition to the roof garden there is a spacious terrace with chess table and BBQ. In the evenings the roof area is well lit as the light from the light wells shines into the sky.





Each apartment has a different skill/fun object, all apartments have the basic furnishings (bed, phone, sofa etc) and I hope you enjoy the sight of your grouchy knowledge sim trying to paint and banging on the wall because the naughty pleasure sim next door is playing his stereo too loudly! See the layout of the apartments - they are identically laid out and with mostly matching furnishings.




There is a big list of cc here, but most of it is so good it should be in your DL folder anyway. All the flowers are HP's "rug flowers" and so will not die despite the fencing.

I believe this is the first milk bottled lot up on MTS2; the doors on this lot are apartment doors but have been changed into different door models using the milk bottle apartment door changer, which you should get here if you want doors other than the ones already on the lot or the standard apartment door. You do NOT have to get the bottle - the apartments do work without it, just download doors file as well.
