Flow House for Sims2 has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, sunken living, dining, and kitchen, fireplace sitting area, and media room. Upstairs there is also another sitting area and home office.

Outdoors are multiple sitting and barbecuing spaces along with sparkling pool. Steps away you have the beach. The Sims2 version can't match up to the two originals, but my test Sims didn't seem to mind. Hopefully yours won't either. Sims2 forever!

PS. This beach lot was built on Moon Islands terrain.
