Nocturnelady, my daughter, accepted to build and furnish this house together with me, and I'm very proud of that.
Actually she built this house and let it to me for details, furnishing, landscaping and so on.
It's a lovely gothic villa, 3x3, 92000 simoleon. It comes with a large living room, a medium kitchen and a bathroom on the groundfloor, a comfortable bedroom and a study corner on the first floor.
The study could be easily turned in a kid room or additional bathroom.
Villa Tenebrarum has a hidden place: at the top of the tower there is a room without stairs for reaching it, you can go there only through the meditation teletrasport. Up there you can store the precious career rewards or the beloved tombstones.
This villa was designed for a single with passion for the light-gothic style or a young couple; as said above, if and when the child will come, the study corner offers the space for additional room.
You can admire the nice livingroom with columns along the walls, a large and friendly place for parties.
Please, have a look also of the tower, surrounded by columns, a very genius touch (well done Nocturne!).
The backyard has enough space for barbecues and hot-tub.
You can try to put a car even if Nocturne thinks it's not the right thing to have in a gothic house.
My sim-lamammaforever and sim-nocturnelady lived in Villa Tenebrarum for several months and we had only happy time there, hope it will be the same for you.
Furnished with Maxis stuff, no hacks, no CCs, checked with CleanInstaller.
