1 Goldview Drive is a more expensive house, for your richer sims perhaps, at a price of $159,739
It is built on split levels and is fully furnished. It has a kitchen with a table to eat at, a cosy living room, and a study with an adjoining 'creativity' room :p
There are two double bedrooms, two single bedrooms and a nursery which could easily be changed into another single bedroom. There are two full bathrooms and a toilet next to the master bedroom which should be enough for a fairly large family. There is also a play area for the kids next to the nursery.
Outside there is a small patio with a BBQ area and a double driveway and garage. The house is built on a 3x3 lot but can be expanded with mootilda's lot adjuster if you want more space for a larger garden.

d_unit's cover up slope can be used on the edges of the house.

If doors sink into the walls, take away all of the decorations from the door (curtains etc.) and all objects near the door. Pick up the door and place it in the same place. Then use move_objects on and/or boolprop snapobjectstogrid false to place the objects & decorations back again. I often have this problem when I install a new expansion pack or install a new house, I don't think there's anything that can be done to prevent it.

Also, the fencing in the master bedroom by the archways sometimes disappears. I don't know what causes this but to fix it just drag over the arches with the wall tool with ctrl held down like you were going to delete it and without releasing the mouse button or the ctrl key and drag back again

That's it really... enjoy!

Lot Size: 3x3
Lot Price: $159,739

Additional Credits:
Mootilda for making the lot adjuster which I used to flatten the edges of my lot.
