Tall Modern House - no CC

I haven't uploaded anything for over a month I think, but I've finally finished this house, with lots of help from the Creator Feedback Forum. Anyway, this house costs $160,391 and has two double bedrooms and two single bedrooms, so six sims can live there, although I've just noticed that there are only four chairs at the dining table but you can always add more if you want all your sims to eat together

There are also three full bathrooms and multiple small living spaces. There should be the right equipment for sims to train all their skills, including a small pool in the garden and I've also included fire & burgalar alarms.

In the garden there is a small eating area, pool, a pond and a fountain. And inside the house there's a lift which takes sims to all the floors which they need to go to apart from the very bottom one.

This house is built on a 2x2 lot so there isn't really any room for expansion unless you get rid of the garden or expand the lot using Mootilda's Lot Adjuster.
