Palm Paradise is a modern home for your ridiculously wealthy sims at $290,212. It features a swimming pool in the middle of the lot surrounded by the house itself and lots of grey pillars It is fully furnished.

There are 3 single and 3 double bedrooms, so a maximum of nine sims can live there. There are 3.5 bathrooms split into 6 rooms and the necessary items to build all skills, as well as a wide selection of entertainment items for your sims The house has also been playtested for a sim day with a family of 7 sims and I found no problems.

I hope you enjoy it because this is probably the best house I've built yet and it took agesss Feedback and comments are always welcome!
