After a long break to focus on college (and also to get some more RAM for my computer), I've finally got another lot for you all. Here is my newest lot (well; kinda newest, I've got loads that I am working on), and I got the design/floorplan out of a Menards magazine. If my scanner was working, I would have included a copy of the floorplan, but as it does not currently work, I can't. I have Pets, Nightlife, University, Apartment Life, and Family Fun Stuff installed, so you will undoubtedly need all of them as well. This lot is COMPLETELY furnished and costs just over 123,000 simoleons. It is designed for a moderately wealthy family (parents and 2 kids; currently designed for child boy and teen girl). Designed mostly for a green-thumb type of family, thus the thick garden and greenhouse. While most decor is not visible (such as wall plants, pictures, etc.), the house is quite decked out with that sort of stuff.

This lot has been fully tested with a complete sim family, and everything seems to work fine. There is quite a lot of CC (if you look below), but most of the CC come in the same package. For example, all those fake flowers by HP come in the same package, and the same goes for the greenhouse windows, doors, etc.

I am sorry the lights aren't on, but I can assure you that every room is fully lit. If you are the sort of person who likes lots of lights, then you can add in more.
