13 Livingston Lane - Includes Treehouse!

UPDATED 5-15-09: As many of you know, mts2 had a little server failure or some such thing, and lots of files were lost. So here I am to replace the lost files with real ones (so that my adoring fans can keep downloading :D).

This is my second attempt at getting something uploaded (my first was rejected). I have Pets, Nightlife, University and Family Fun Stuff installed, so you will undoubtedly need all of them as well. This lot, which is COMPLETELY furnished is based after my own home (sorry, I can't include a picture of my house for security purposes). It costs just under 210,000 simoleons. It is designed for a fairly wealthy family (parents and three kids). Please note that this lot also includes a pond (which is not shown).

There are two custom contents (not created by me) that you will need:

Like I said, this lot INCLUDES a treehouse. Not the best tree to work with, but I think it looks pretty good. Naturally, in RL we would work around branches and the such, so I don't think the branches are any problem. As for the leaves, I put in partial walls in on part of it to explain for the reason why leaves are sticking into the treehouse. Also, the treehouse (and everything else in the lot) is fully accessible. There is a dollhouse and toybox in the treehouse.

I am sorry the lights aren't on, but I can assure you that every room is fully lit. If you are the sort of person who likes lots of lights, then you can add in more. The only room that is rather dark is the one with the poker table, and that is only because the wallpaper, floor tiles and furniture are so dark.
