Hotel Innovation

This lot is an apartment-style hotel. I own Pets, University, Apartment Life, Nightlife, Family Fun Stuff and Mansion&Gardens. There are 6 apartments inside, each that will hold 4 people for a total of 24 people. The lot is priced at a little over $950,000, and each apartment is priced between $4,000 and a little over $5,000. One apartment was tested (all the apartments have more or less the same contents, only in different layouts) as well as all of the public areas. It is a 5x4 (50x50sq) lot.

I started this lot as just something to use as an example for a tutorial, but it started looking so good and I had put so much effort into it (weeks and weeks, on and off as my time allowed, with my job and college keeping me from it often), that I decided I ought to share it with others. There are a few CC, most of which are included. Selections from my Wooden Blend and Regal Black walling/flooring sets, the huge tv from bigbry_2442, the extendable arches by tbudgett, and the Metro Windows by tiggy_027.

In addition to these included CC, there is also the required curtains available HERE by nazariopilar. This CC is not included in the lot but is featured in the pictures and my original creation.

Each apartment has a general room (kitchen, living room, dining room, etc.), a guest bath, a master bedroom and bathroom, and children's bedroom and bathroom. There is a public cafeteria, library, theater, exercise room, pool/picnic/playground area, and a variety of seating areas on each floor (and the fourth floor has some card tables and a huge aquarium).

Please note: In the library, as you will see, I have cheated and placed bookshelves in the corners and they intersect each other (to give the impression that the bookshelves just wrap around most of the room). Therefore, the corner bookshelves are not usable (because they get in the way of each other); this does not affect any of the other bookshelves -- the others work perfectly fine.

Also, please note that, as usual, unless you follow the instructions HERE (at the bottom of the page) about how to rent an apartment furnished, you will not find any furniture in your apartment except for the bare necessities.
