For all those young adults, when they go to the university and prefer to have a job in the atletic world and army, is this Academia Atletic! Beside learning they can have their body in a perfect shape. All sport facilities are in this Dorm.

This Academia has 12 dormrooms with each a private phone.



Main building:

Main floor:

Entrance, hall, 2 x 1/2 bathroom for boys and girls, library, tvroom, cafetaria and a mediaroom with 4 internetconnections.

First floor:

6 luxery dormrooms with each a phone and wardrobe, a common bathroom for girls and a toilet, a common bathroom for boys and a toilet.

2nd floor:

6 luxery dormrooms with each a phone and wardrobe, a common bathroom for girls and a toilet, a common bathroom for boys and a toilet.


Gymbuilding:

Main floor:

A basketballarea, a full fitnissroom with seperate showers for boys and girls.

First floor:

A sporters bar with a common area to watch imported sportsprogramms, a view in the basketballarea and fitnissroom, and a patio outside.


Outside:

Outside there's a pool with a waterglide.
(Your sims will swim down instead gliding)
And there's a soccerfield.
