This is a recreation of a dorm from Let's Play The Sims 2 with Mods and CC, Part 49 ~ Base Hood University Tutorial from The Jessa Channel. This was inspired by a WCIF for this lot since Jessa commented she could not remember the original creator. I tried to get the basic structure exactly as shown in the video, but the furnishing I went with whatever I thought worked.

This dorm has five rooms, and it's going to be pretty expensive to live here. But those students can have loads of fun and raise those skills! The cost of the dorm is §210,847 and it sits on a 3x3 lot.



Note: There is a comment concerning elevators and rolling fears for being trapped. I don't know the validity of this. If this concerns you, change the elevator for the spiral stairs. If you wish to edit anything beyond walls, floors and furnishings you will need to rezone to residential to have access to build mode.

The More You Know
This lot uses road defaults by Curiousb and criquette. Wall edge defaults by me. Sky, stars, suns, and moons by SimNopke. Some water by Voeille and psychosim.

This lot was built in an empty neighborhood using all those noSpawn mod things. So, no characters in the hood.
