Luxery Omega Dorms is a place were the young students have everything their need during their university period. A modern building with all luxery a Sim would dream off.

This building has 8 dormrooms with all a private bathroom, phone tv, stereo and all rooms has a private balcony.


On the mainfloor is a common place to hang out, a study with 4 internet connections, a huge diningarea, a kitchen, 2 toiletsgroups and a libary.

During the meals they have a lovely view to the pool outside with sunbeds. In the garden are a basketball field, a soccerfield and 2 places to play chess.

On the first floor are 6 dormrooms and a patio to have a BBQ meal. On the 2nd floor are 2 more rooms.
Also is there a fitnissroom on this floor.



Every young student will begg their parents to send them overhere!
