They are all very different:
- a house boat
- a container house
- a van/car
- a tiny house at the beach
- a room shared by 2 students inside the Green House Palace.
Besides that, this lot has basically everything your sims need to have a good time at uni
The ladders etc. in the sea works kinda strange, because the sims jump in levels. But it works (just not that pretty)
 I believe this lot fits best into Moon Island neighborhood (the terrain from road to sea might be different in other neighborhoods).
