This place was built a little while back for miss Carrie Simmerwood, who struck luck in the music field. Sadly, she had to move away for personal reasons, and left a modern home built for a celebrity. It is quite inexpensive, pending in at a little over 200K (furnished). The home has a wall-height black iron fence around the property (excluding the backyard), which was made to protect against the paparazzi. You, who would buy the house, now have quite a barrier from your life and the news's perception. Anyways, here are the home's facts:

Bedrooms: 4
Bathrooms: 3 full, 2 1/2s
Garage:
[X]Y []N []Info. There is room for three cars.

-If you didn't already notice, this home would work great on the ocean! =) It is NOT a beach lot though, just very close to the beach--This is for your choice of whether you want it ON the beach or not.
