All apartments have what's listed above, but all have varying layouts (see pictures)
Each apartment has a unique style to fit almost any sim's personality.

Known Issues
Forgot tiles on the front stoops (left with bare plywood), but by all means functional, and an easy DIY fix!
From neighborhood view, mailbox appears as a normal residential lot mailbox, but only from the neighborhood view. It still is a fully-functional apartment base lot.

Perhaps look for more Modern-Minimalist lots by me, considering I'm making a neighborhood FULL of them!
