Room for a drive way, but with bon voyage and apartment life (freetime-I can't remember)--your sims can walk. I thought the drive way looked silly being right in the way of the path to the front door, but you could pull it off, and get your sims to the front door.

Room for exspansion onto lot and of course towards the sky if you find the need.
