This is a small modern dormitory plaza with 7 rooms. The building is 3 stories high and the lot is fairly full for a 2X2 lot. The dorm includes everything needed to move sims in.

There are 3 dorm rooms on the second floor and 4 on the third. Each floor has separate men & women's restrooms, with showers provided on the second and third floors. This setup should provide enough bathroom space for all residents as well as the many townies that will show up on the lot.

With the exception of the kitchen on the ground floor, the main floor is one open flowing room from Dining area to the small study area past the main entrance and restrooms, through the Living area and out to the stairwell.

The dorm rooms are all single bed rooms and 3x6 in size.
