7-room dorm with entertainment area and outside hot tub. The rooms are pretty standard. The larger ones have desks with computers, but there are computers downstairs for those that don't. There's a hot tub outside for a touch of luxury, and an entertainment area downstairs. There's a large kitchen/diner for your Sims to eat in comfort.
