This is a pretty small house, comfortably fitting one or two sims. I purposely tried to not use up too much money on this so that it could be purchased as a starting home for a sim. In most of the screenshots, the furniture appears to be gone but there actually are your basic necessities included, and made to match the black-and-white color scheme.
The house isn't quite realistic, but I thought it would be an interesting idea. The only current drawback is climbing the stairs -.-

Also, I have a screenshot recommending where to place it, which is also where I took the screenshots, but it doesn't really matter. It's just that the glass walls compliment the view of the ocean and lighthouse in the distance.
