My first try on starter homes. They are 3 modern starter homes for your sims. I've built them on Sun Song Ave.

All houses are based on the floor plan on thehouseplansite.

Rosso - has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, open living, dinning and kitchen. Under 18K, good for a couple.

Furnished: 17,899
Unfurnished: 15,646

Nero - a studio, under 14K, ideal for a single sim but there is room for another sim too.



Furnished: 13,992
Unfurnished: 12,121

Grigio - a studio, another one for a couple, under 18K.



Furnished: 17,495
Unfurnished: 15,753

No store items were used.
